The Maier architectural firm received a request for preliminary planning of the lighting of a public sports facility with corresponding requirements for safety, uniformity and lighting tasks. Due to the lack of capacity in our own team, bottlenecks arise again and again, which poses a certain challenge in accepting new orders. So that the long-standing customer did not have to be rejected, the office decided to cooperate with our planning office in order to plan the corresponding service phase together.

Capacity has reached maximum; Projects have to be canceled or work has to be distributed to employees with an increased workload.

Due to the client's demands on design and technical solutions, lighting planning represents a demanding area as a complex part of the overall planning.

Planning approaches must always correspond to a sustainable concept; This was possible with energy-efficient systems and solutions. This often represents a major challenge for lighting systems in connection with design.

The framework was set thanks to the clarity of the architectural and landscape concept. DIN standards and empirical values for sports facility lighting formed the basis for the technical solution.
Starting with LPH1, the cost determination, mass determination, technical planning and design could be worked out.
Energy efficient technologies
Due to the demand-dependent switching, light can now be used where and when it is needed. Directed light made it possible to avoid light smog that was harmful to insects.
